The building is made of a steel frame that consists of seven gables with a trapezoid section. The gables hold lighter steel frames that support the windows, doors and all of the building's systems.

The walls contain layers of industrialized insulations covered with aluminum and HPL boards of different colors on the exterior. The layers of the wall are made according to the "breathing façade" method. The building is built in a way that emphasizes the building technique and the industrial materials that comprise it.
