A commercial and office building at Kiryat Ata Junction.
The area of the property is one acre. The built area is about 2500 m2. The project includes the design of all the exciting spaces and the redesigning of the facades.
The main commercial areas are divided in a way that the ground floor contains the exhibition for REGBA kitchens and the first floor contains the exhibition for TOLLMAN'S furniture.
The rest of the areas were rented for offices and other commercial uses. I order to introduce the commercial functions to the exciting building; a new light façade was designed.

The double façade is made of surfaces with different texture and color in order to achieve a translucent and concealing effect that gives the building a new look.
The surfaces are made of wood / aluminum boards and aluminum louvers mounted on a steel frame. In between the surfaces, illumination strips were installed in order to emphasize the surfaces. The main façade was designed as an urban façade. The kitchen exhibition can be seen through the glass and is part of the façade.
